Telkom gave #WINning service

I have a fixed landline. In the past2 years Telkom has often said they’re discontinuing this service, I must urgently move to their wireless service, for info/options I must go into a Telkom store. On 30 Aug.2021 ms Moratega from Telkom called, with same thing. But a 1st for Telkom: she explained options and put it in writing. With an employee like this, Telkom might just be heading to their old #WIN route.
