Telkom gave my number to someone else without telling me

I am very upset and confused. My phone number 065 **** suddenly stopped working, and when I went to Telkom, I was told that my number has been given to someone else.

I don’t understand how this is even possible. This is MY number that I have been using, and now I am told it belongs to another person.

This number was very important because I use it for my business and all my customers contact me on WhatsApp. Now I have lost contact with my customers and this is affecting my business badly.

Nobody warned me. Nobody told me my number would stop working or be taken away. I just woke up and it was gone.

How can a company just give away someone’s number like this without even informing them?

I want my number back or a proper explanation of what happened.

This situation is unfair and has caused me stress and loss in my business.
