Telkom gave a commitment and still didnt come out

So i have been having issues regarding my adsl line. So ive called in multiple times and spoke to multiple people and 2 supervisors. One of which said that they will commit to having this sorted by today the 12th. So he gave me his email and all that so i emailed him stating that i haven't received an sms saying that the booking has not been made. So again i phonend in and was told that a technician will not be coming out and that a follow will be made as to why he didnt come out the lsat supervisor i spoke to was Sydwell. So whats the point of making a commitment to solve my issue? When is this going to be sorted out?? my 4mbps line has gone down to 1.1mbps<br>
