Telkom Gateway Store

Visited telkom gateway in kzn 6 weeks ago to order and install uncapped wifi in my home. Since been to the same store 6 additional times to figure out what's the hold up, had to cancel and replace the order. Even that order hasn't come through. On my most recent visit there was no manager at that store nor did anyone care to offer me service. Sat there for 35mins even though my ticket said 3 minutes to wait. Staff looked uninterested and sluggish. More concerned with cracking jokes with other customers instead of being efficient in their work. Worst branch to go to for any help.
