Telkom gateway on the 25 April 2025@10:40am

On the 25 April 2025 (10:50am) Friday. Gateway mall Telkom store. A lady with glasses who welcome customers and ask what they came to do and print tickets ,she was very rude to me .she asked me what I came to do ? I responded I can to buy phone that all .and she responded shouting at me as if she is talking to mad person and the whole stuff loughs at me .I just walked out after that. I'm very loyal customer for Telkom actually I came to do upgrade .
