Telkom Gateway absolutely ***********

Just waited 2 and half hours in your Gateway store for the lady to tell me there's an error on their side and I have to wait another 2 days for the manager to contact me. Now I have R119 to get a WiFi extender that is supposed to be free on my contract. Absolutely pathetic service. Order ref ********** 85A. This is after already spending 6 hours in the store on 2 separate occasions and waiting 3 weeks for Telkom to sort themselves out.
