Telkom Gateway

Telkom, please get one of your operation's managers to call me on ***. Your service delivery by staff at your gateway store is pathetic. I dont want to type my story out, it's too long. There is no good escalation point to senior management to escalate issues and to improve service delivery. When I asked to speak to the store manager, I got directed to one of the stuff at front end. The manager didn't have the courtesy to come out the back office to speak to me.
