Telkom gated community is useless

If I could the rating would be -5 stars. Moved to an estate that only has Telkom gated community as a fibre provider. What a joke this company is.

Placed my order with them a week before we moved in and from then just problem after problem with no internet still 5 weeks later. First no communication that a month-to-month contract does not include a router. Then after 2 and a half weeks of constant calls it was discovered that the wrong address was taken down (this after giving the address and stand number the day of the order). After a long struggle we had internet for a few days and now nothing again. No service from the staff that has no clue how to do their jobs.

How can Telkom be an internet provider and they can't even provide it?
