Telkom gated community Fibre Pathetic

Two months since application for Fibre in a gated community. Two lost orders, 3rd time lucky. Installation done and now a week with NO service. Useless and *********** staff on *** with NO resolve. How can Telkom be allowed to be a service provider with NO service!
