Telkom Gated community Fiber installation

I have never seen such a bad experience with just opening an account. I don't know how long it takes to check one person's credit record. I'm loosing business just because I need fiber installation. Everyday when you call them they tell you tomorrow. Tomorrow is always tomorrow. Even when you apply for a house they don't take more than 6days to check your credit record. How long should I wait Telkom ,how long. Or should I just cancel..
