Telkom Gate Community Fibre is a *******!!

I have a 50MB Fibre line in a gated community and I'm constantly being throttled even though I am paying for the premium line which is not supposed to be throttled. My average speed is 10MB during peak times. I've called the gated community number who refers me to technical who then asks me to reset the router. Once reset the speeds go back to 50MB and then the next day I'm throttled again.

The package where the throttling happens is about R400 cheaper than the R972 I'm paying monthly. Absolute rip-off!!! The Contact Centre passes you around and assume your are ***********.
