Telkom garden route mall

I have upgraded 5 months earlier received a penalty of R816 which is will be deducted 163.20 for 5 months. It was telkom garden route mall store in George.Now 4 months they deducting R1947 then R1347 again R1347 and now R1247 for July.They said at the store they can't get hold of anyone to sort out my account.I am over paying and very unhappy.
