Telkom Galleria - Terrible Service

Terrible service. I was busy asking for a sim swap and the consultant was so dismissive. While I was asking for more information she turned and talked to her colleague. So I stood and waited for their conversation to end and when her colleague asked if I needed anything, I told her she they had ignored me and started talking without acknowledging that I was still talking and wasn’t done. The consultant answered that she had told me that she can’t help and casually app**** lotion her hands. I was so shocked that left in a silent rant. She was absolutely rude. I’ve been with Telkom for more than 9 years but I was shocked to be treated like that. I honestly will be taking my business else where after these contracts lapse
