Telkom galeria terrible

I have been to the telkom store a few days ago, app**** for 3 mobile contracts for my business, after being informed telkom galeria will have to get it approved by head office , the consultant then informed me the store will be in contact with me and many days later I still don't have a reply, the stores phone is constantly no answer and if we call telkom direct there are of no help! They are rude arrogant and have zero mannerisms! Can someone tell me what is going on?! I have done the application my credit record is spotless what is the delay?! If you guys do business like this I might as well go to another service provider!

Telkom galeria is the worst telkom branch I have ever been to and failing feedback by this week I will sever all contact with this network and go public on a bigger platform
