Telkom Galaxy watch

I have a problem that needs to be addressed by telkom asap !! I bought a cellphone s23 ultra by them with a promotion of the galaxy watch at the time of purchase I was told that they do not have stock of the watch and would later contact me in order to get the watch ...also telling me they won't be billing me for the watch as I would be paying for something I won't have !! So today I went back to the store as they clearly have watch as they are advertising it with cellphones again all over the internet ,tv and newspapers . They told me they can't give me the watch as I didn't take it with my purchase and they can't add it onto my contract I would have to purchase a new phone !!! My problem is that at the time they had the promotion with the s23 ultra I was not granted to get the watch as they didn't have the stock !! Now that is not my problem I feel like I'm being ****** and being made a fool by them I want my galaxy watch as I was intended to get with my phone or I'll be taking this to another level asap !!!!
