Telkom Funeral - An Egregious experinec

Telkom Funeral is proving itself to be a very dissmal and appalling product. I submitted funeral claim on Friday 23rd March. It is almost a week later and the claim has still not been concluded. I do not understand how this can be the case. Telkom Funeral pledges that a payouts occur 48 hours after receiving all the documents. its a week later and there is still nothing, I am not sure what can be done because they do not respond to emails and the call centre staff simply do not care!! This is not the way to do business!!
