Telkom full of promises but they dont deliver

I app**** for wifi for my home. All was approved. Received sms that installation would be done on 2/5/2016. We cut our holiday short to be at home yesterday. Stayed home the whole day.... And Telkom never pitched even after I received an sms saying a technician was dispatched. I phoned the call centre this morning to find out that they apparently tried to contact me yesterday which was definitely untrue. Now I have to sit and wait even longer as I have no idea when they will install my line. I cannot believe that Telkom can treat new customers like this
