TELKOM full of promises

<p>Requested for migration from TELKOM in May 2016. Currently pay R699 for 50Gig LTE. Special on Internet for R699 for uncapped and migration can be requested. App**** online and proceeded to call TELKOM to request for migration. Ticket number and promotional code in hand. Average waiting Time on telephone 45 minutes. Emailed sent back and forth as well as telephone conversations. I am still waiting for that promised phone call, still waiting for the promised migration. After being assured today by Sephele that someone will call me within 10 minutes... Hello Peter... Still waiting for that phone call from the most inefficient company in South Africa. </p>
