TELKOM FULL OF LIES

Have an escalation from June. Guy by the name of Eddie in Durban who came on site and **** to me that the cable is damaged in the MANHOLE! In October (4 months later) Eddie's colleague Scotty comes on site and opens the manhole, NOTHING is damaged. Scotty then refers me to a contractor to sort the cable. Contractor charged me R1000 after discount. Now, SCOTTY has disappeared. All attempts to call Eddie have failed. This is Durban Telkom!
