Telkom Fulfillment department & Social Media Team Part2

<p>Complaint part 2 still not resolved and promised callback never happened with regards to follow up if my conectivity problems have been resolved and so far I have not received any comms with regards to the netgear router I was supposed to receive?</p> <p> </p> <p>When will my problems be finally sovled? must i terminate my contract to be rid of complaints?</p>
