Telkom FTTH Upgrade promises

I have been contacted by the Telkom call centre agents a few times now. Selling an upgrade to my FTTH connection. All of which I have accepted. And the call continue, everytime the agent goes through the process of gathering info and reading the contractual terms which I agree to and then...................Nothing happens. Honestly Telkom why bother running a sales campaign and then not converting it to sales. Please do not call me again and waste my time.
