Telkom FTTH Marketing Team - Lies

<p>Last year Telkom were upselling FTTH as available at the end of December at my address and were taking applications... it is now April and still nothing available... I have now found out that Telkom actually just cancel your application when your property is not listed as officially covered.<br /><br />The Openserve infrastructure is literally a few meters from my property - but no one can assist, or seems to know what they are talking about.<br /><br />Openserve technicians working outside my home say they cannot complete final installation till an application is received, however you cannot submit an application until the site lists your address as covered.... dumb!<br /><br />It would be a different story if I was told the truth right at the beginning instead of being **** to by Sales teams every month... <br /><br />Dear Telkom/Openserve, this is why your customers will happily drop you for any other provider at any chance they get and is one of the main reasons you are losing market share...</p>
