Telkom FTTH Gated Community

<p>I'm an applicant for FTTH and living in Copperleaf. It is now almost 2 months since I submitted my application to have the fibre installed at my home. My account was created (got SMS confirmation). I have sent numerous emails to followup. And all I get in response is that it takes 10-15 working days. I'm well past that. And now no-one reponds to my emails. Please can you assist as the service is really terrible. You can search for my application under "Nathan Moja". But if you need my cell no. please let me know.
