Telkom FTTH Disconnected at Distribution Box

<p>30 August 2016 1H15 pm my fiber went down</p> <p><br />Ref 56BWK300816</p> <p><br />Call Center said repair would take up to 14 days. This would have effected my business drastically as my staff and I work from home.</p> <p><br />I went down the road and found twoTelkom Technicians working at the main Fiber Distribution Box at the corner of Rhodes Drive and Orange Street Newlands, Cape Town at 3H10 pm. They said they had just arrived to fix another residential fault. They checked and found my fiber optic control board disconnected. They said some other Technicians must have been working at the box a little while before them and disconected it. How *********** are Telkom Technicians that they can repair one fault and create another? My fiber is now thankfully back up.</p>
