Telkom Frustration!

Well for almost 2 months I have been reporting my internet and telephone line. Finally today a technician pops up without warning. Informs us that the problem is outside and he needs to go and check. Well he has now been gone for over 2 hours to check. I pay my account on time every month for useless, *********** service!
