TELKOM FRUSTRATION

Please i need urgent response regarding this matter.. I purchased a router n 24 mnth contract with Telkom via a sales company contracted to Telkom.. In march 2019...this router has not worked despite numerous attempts.. Iv tried numerous times contscting telkom.. Telephonic.. online.. Telkom stores.. No person could help... But every month i receive invoices from telkom demanding payments.. Hw can i pay fr a product that im not using... It is now nov 2019..still no correspondence frm telkom... I had to put my home loan application on pause because of this... Whenever i go to the telkom stores numerous customers complain about poor service frm telkom... Im devastated at this company... Who were once the top dogs... Please i beg someone anyone in this company to contact me asap
