Telkom frustration!!!

Firstly, you hold on for 30 minutes to get to speak to someone. Then, they tell me there is no account for my telephone number!! I just received the account and have all the info on it but they tell me it does not exist. So I can't get to upgrade the account because it does not exist. But amazingly, I get an account every month for this non-existent account. Frustration!!!!
