Telkom frustrating

On the 27th of February I visited Telkom to apply for migration from DSL to Fibre. The application was completed. When I got home I got a call that I cannot migrate on 4Mbps, I have to choose the next option which I did for 10Mbps. I was surprised that the person who was helping me is a Telkom employee but did not know this fact. After waiting for a while I visited Telkom again to check on the progress. I was told that the person who helped me is not in the store; “But when I call I don't get a response that is why I came”. I was told to call 10213 rather than the store. Okay. I started calling and every time I'm given different reasons why migration is not taking place. One reason is that my address cannot be located. But why no one calls to tell me about this. I ended up going to Telkom again. I was told my area is covered by Vumatel and not OpenServe, so I will lose line rental. But it is OpenServe in my area. While still there, there was power cut, so we cannot continue, bye-bye. After a week I called and was given a different reason, they say they tried to call me, only to find they say they called me on a number I was using many years ago; but every time you verify my cell number, how come when they have to call me they use the number that no longer exists. One day I was happy to see Telkom sales guy at the entrance of our estate. I spoke to him he assured me that all will be fine because yes it is OpenServe not Vumatel. To cut the long story short, my last call to Tekom was last week on Thursday 25 April. The lady was telling me that my area is not covered. My area is covered we even received an email form the estate office. There was a time I went to Telkom to show them the email and they could find the coverage. She tells me she will make a note, this I refused because everyone tells me they are making a note but that is where it ends. My daughter is doing home schooling and this is causing frustrations. She began to listen and told me now she can see my area is covered. She said she will make a note for others to see. She started taking my details saying we have to complete some information. In the process she said the system is going slow, later it was offline and she will call me back after three hours when back online. I waited on Thursday, no call. I waited on Friday, on Saturday and on Sunday. Today is Monday, I still have not received a call from Telkom. What does one have to do to get the service?
