Telkom - Frustrated with the service!

<p>Hi , approx 2 weeks ago I reported bad service via hello peter......almost 2 weeks later and the phone works some days and some days not.....Yesterday I had a Telkom technician Ismael call me to test the line and about an hour later the phone was not working and at present still not working. ...here are the two ref numbers 148CRZ130616 and 344CRZ230616.....frankly I am fed up of keep reporting via SMS which is a cost to me.......pleeeeeease, pleeeease, pleeeease we are paying customers, our accounts are up to date, this is UNACCEPTABLE service.....pleeeease can this be sorted out once and for all......thank you</p>
