Telkom fruad

A *****alent account has been opened on my name. I have given telkom the necessary documents. A week later they hand my account over to nudebt for debt collection. I feel it is ********* that my money is ****** from me and telkom has the audacity to hand me over for debt collection instead of sorting the matter out and reverse the debit orders from my account. My dont contact me at all. Everytime i phone they dont return my calls. This is costing me time and money
