Telkom from telephone lines to smoke signals

I wrote about Telkom a few months back. My wife is trying to cancel her Telkom account, this seems impossible to do. Someone did phone us back..... and after that still nothing happened. I really don't know how to cancel this account. Telkom, is there anyone on the line there?
