Telkom-From Bad to Worse

Telkom continuously promises to switch my fibre line from 10mb uncapped to 20mb 100gig but on the install date nothing happens.

Im still stuck with a 10mb fibre line uncapped useless line that is being throttled 4 times a day even though Im not using more than 15gigs a month. Im addition i am still being billed everymonth R180 extra on my package. This was identified by the Telkom agent and couldnt figure out way im being charged extra.

I struggling with this issues with telkom as it evolved since Jan 2017
