Telkom Freeme package is a a ****

I have the freeme 1 GB contract so I get 3000 min to call Telkom landlines and telkom mobile numbers. I also get 100 minutes to call all networks like vodacom, mtn, etc.

Yesterday the minutes were renewed since it was 1 April 2019 When I called 011740____..... a telkom landline.... for 16 minutes the minutes got deducted from the 100 mintes all networks minutes. Not the 3000 minutes for telkom numbers. Why are u people employed at Telkom robbing me. The 3000 minutes are forfeited at the end of the month meanwhile u have to keep buying all networks minutes to make calls.
