TELKOM FREEME IS A JOKE

I had a very bad experience with Telkom. I was very excited when I heard of Telkom Freeme. I was even more excited when some agent called me and offered me a contract on behalf of Telkom. The deal was R119 per month for a Samsung Galaxy Prime Plus. The deal included 3000 minutes a month as well as a data allocation of 1gig per month. So I would be FREE to call all people. According to the agent I would also get a once off sign up bonus of 10 gig. This was the most amazing deal I ever heard of so I signed up immediately. That's where my nightmare begun. That 3000 minutes a month was really non existent. Not a free me ... but a total CON. Any landline I called was not a Telkom line anymore. Nobody told me it was just Telkom to Telkom numbers. Must I now ask everyone to switch to Telkom just because I have 3000 minutes a month? Where is the Free in that? When I called the Call Centre I told them that was not what I thought I signed up for. I also asked them where is the 10 gig sign up bonus that was promised... they told me that I should go to to a mall and find out if there is a Telkom hotspot. I can use my 10 gig allocation bonus only at 1 of these hotspots. I was so angry... here they want to make a data beggar of me looking around for data which is supposed to be allocated to me. Are they for real. I told them I did not sign up for that and that that is the biggest ******* I ever heard of.... TELKOM FREEME WAS NEVER FREE.... NOT LIKE THEY ADVERTISED IT ON TV.

I asked them to change the contract... even if they only gave me 30 minutes a month where I could really be FREE to call who I wanted would be better than this BIG CON. They never came back to may so I stopped paying. When they disconnected my line I asked if they can put me in touch with their lawyers. The agents at their Customer Care Department were unwilling because they say they are not allowed to do it. I am sure this happened to a lot of people. Now they call me every week *********ing me with blacklisting. TELKOM YOU ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING. You don't even deserve 1 star. We should start a class action suit against Telkom.
