Telkom FreeMe IM Data

Today I experience exactly the same thing I experience at the beginning of this year. I have a Telkom contract, and part of my package I receive 2GB of "FreeMe IM data for WhatsApp BBM and Viber". I currently have over a GB of this data, however I can not send or receive messages via WhatsApp and seems to be because I do not have any all networks data. Why i claim this to be the case? I have timestamped messages where, - I receive a WhatsApp message, - I receive an sms saying I am out of data bundle - I send a WhatsApp message but it does not get delivered (clock) - I continuously get connecting at the top of screen when I open WhatsApp. ( I have screen recording of all this which shows all the message timestamps as Well as the amount of of FreeMe IM data I still have)

I've called the call center and they tried fault finding a problem with my network or phone (the previous time they also followed this approach and did not help). We eventually get to a point where fault finding can not continue because i am requested to change network carrier, which can not happen as I am on the call with the "phone in question". I request a call back and am told that they can not make out going calls. I then request to speak to a team leader/manager, I am told that they are busy on a call and will call me back (nearly an hour later I am still waiting for the callback).

I then decide to do my own test, all while doing a screen recording, as proof. I load a 25MB of all network data, go back into WhatsApp and my message goes through.

I need answers please, call center can not give me answers to what I am experiencing. As part of my contract and what has been advertised (of which I am paying for), I should be using my "FreeMe IM Data" independently to me having other Data bundles. this does not seem to be the case. do I ACTUALLY use FreeMe IM Data or my data bundles for WhatsApp?
