Telkom Freeme data crawl speed normal?

Does Telkom consider the data speeds between 0.36 Mbps and 0.7 Mbps over several times and different times of day - using LTE device and Telkom Freeme SIM issued 3 months ago - as normal?

I don't and will cancel unless improved VERY soon!

{{I know that Telkom throttles social media to 256 kbps when 2 GB social media allocation runs out and complaints that all internet usage is rediculously also throttled even when other data of several GB remains paid for. Has this rediculous situation been fixed?}}

In my case in Equestria / Die Wilgers (Pretoria) still 1.8GB or more social media data available when I measured download speeds on different days and different hours using LTE device as 0.36 Mbps, 0.74 Mbps, 1.63 Mbps, 1.61Mbps (ping 346 to 433 ms), 0.66 Mbps, 0.79 Mbps, 1.83 Mbps, 4.1 Mbps, 3.7 Mbps (ping 30 to 43 ms). For comparison: Cell C lowest measurement on their R0.015 / MB (1.5 cents/MB) prepaid NEVER lower than 12 Mbps ...... MTN using 3G router.most of time 5 Mbps and few times 8 Mbps using 3G router.

Previously on Telkom (5GB + 5 GB) per month contract WITH 3G router I never had less than 6Mbps ....

(A family member experience nowadays in Equestria on 30GB /month data contract is also VERY slow speeds - unable to use Showmax most of time.)

What speed does Telkom consider 'normal' and 'acceptable' for Freeme contracts / service agreements????

2) Stilgelee Avenue, Die Wilgers, Pretoria - Huawei B660 3G router and/or Nokia 635 LTE device used as router:

Die Wilgers (Pretoria) still 1.8GB or more social media data available when I measured Download - different days and different hours - as 0.36 Mbps, 0.74 Mbps, 1.63 Mbps, 1.61Mbps (ping 346 to 433 ms), 0.66 Mbps, 0.79 Mbps, 1.83 Mbps, 4.1 Mbps, 3.7 Mbps (ping 30 to 43 ms).

For comparison at same address Stilgelee Avenue:

Cell C lowest measurement on their R0.015 / MB (1.5 cents/MB) prepaid NEVER lower than 12 Mbps .

Please note that several months ago at same Stilgelee Ave with same Huawei B660 router *** then using Telkom 10GB+10GB Plus None agreement (recently cancelled) typical download speeds were 7 Mbps vs Telkom Freeme data speeds now most of the time BELOW 1 Mbps

I'm waiting for your response since 25 April '17 on: "Does Telkom consider the data speeds between 0.36 Mbps and 0.7 Mbps over several times and different times of day - using LTE device and Telkom Freeme SIM issued 3 months ago - as normal?"

I provided you with additional information as requested more tham a week ago ....... this morning I had 1.3 Mbps only on 10GB + 10GB agreement - luckily not many more months if Telkom "LTE" data speed remains so slow ......
