Telkom Freeme Boost ****

Telkom has decided to **** us and take advantage of the Lockdown immobility. I recently purchased a 11 GB free me boost for R389, i normally buy 10GB for R405 so i see the structure has changed. Alright so i go ahead and purchase as usual but to my surprise when i got the SMS i was a bit puzzled at the fact that im only getting 7.5GB but they Advertised 11GB and deducted R389 from my Airtime. Why are we being taken for a ride by Telkom. I called their careline several times no answer. Im really loosing patience now and i demand an answer or refund if possible.
