Telkom FreeMe

<p>I bought the new Telkom FreeMe R599 package for PrePaid. To my surprise I didn't get what was advirtised, I called Telkom customer care and the agent didn't even have a clue what the packege was suppose to contain for prepaid subscribers. After going back and forth with the agent, she then told me that what I received was what the package comes with and that Telkom doesn't have Terms and Conditions on their site for Prepaid even though they advertised otherwise. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is what I received: </p> <p> SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE RECEIVED<br />Once-off Messaging UNLIMITTED but 50 PER DAY 100 for the month<br />Once-off FreeMe Social Media 2GB 500 MB<br />Telkom Mobile and Fixed Voice UNLIMITTED 300 Minutes<br />On-net Free Messaging UNLIMITTED 20SMS</p> <p> </p> <p>CORRECT<br />Other SA networks 1500minutes 1500minutes<br />Data 20Gb 20Gb</p> <p> </p>
