I have a Telkom free me account, I bought 2 sim cards because they said it's month to month, I, however, canceled these accounts in January 2020, the accounts are still active? I phoned to cancel again, it was canceled online, I have sent emails, I'm phoning every day. Now everyone says that I still owe money for the months from January to now? Why? I canceled the services already in January. Can anyone please explain? Month to month means you can cancel anytime.
