Telkom Free Internet for students

<p>Telkom/Telkom Mobile had made an agreement with the University of Pretoria to waive any data costs related to educational content (school portalstarts and websites) but they continue to charge me for data used on these.</p> <p>Upon contacting customer service I was told the service is only for contract customers and there's nothing they can do to help, even though they found evidence of having provided the service at an earlier stage. </p>
