Telkom free handset for loyal customer is a joke

Telkom sent me a notification on the 02 February that as a loyal customer I am eligible for a free cordless phone. I have been to the Cresta store 4 times to collect this phone only to be told every time that there is no stock. They don't know when they will get stock. They can't give me a contact number to check when there is stock. They will not call me to let me know when they have stock.<br> Has Telkom actually rewarded me or have they just created a never ending nightmare in my life.
