Telkom - Freaking Useless

What a freaking useless, pathetic company.

I have been trying since the 4th June to have my ADSL line moved to my new address and I am still waiting for them to allocate a technician... How difficult can this task possibly be....

I am still trying to get someone on the phone who can help... customer service is pathetic!!!!
