Telkom *****/Useless!!!!

Upgraded about 3weeks ago to the deal as advertised,Samsung S20 with free galaxy buds.My buds were not delivered with my phone.Went to a branch in PE to be told that there sales and stores are not the same and do not have the same specials,***!!!!Was referred to a telkom rep via whatsapp,another useless fool. Please tell me if I have to cancel my 4 contacts and business lines with you or will you honour your deal.as advertised. Why must I fight and run around for something advertised l?
