Telkom **********ly sells LTE

Telkom sold me an LTE product in June 2015, on 24 month contract which does not exist in my area. I discovered this on 4 February when I logged a query at the branch counter with reference ********** 1. The consultant who logged this call, confirmed that my house was physically outside of coverage area and therefore should not have been sold this product. The above call was logged to install a booster, in an effort to improve coverage. This never happened. We used "LTE " from June last year untill February with speed that has been a fraction below what was promised. Out of frustration, Cancellation request ref # ********** 1 was logged at branch n 30 March 2016. The account was fully up to date till this point. The gentleman at greenstone branch who assisted in logging both above calls was friendly and customer service focused.
The call centre took almost 2 months to contact me. A message was left on my voicemail and the call was closed while I was still being billed. I had the call reopened hoping the matter will be resolved. Mkhululi From Telkom client retentions told me that I am liable for account regardless of ********** sale. Telkom will only cancel account once technician has been to confirm lack of coverage. Call # ********** 9 was logged to request a technician call-out again on 03 June 2916. There has been no action in this regard. I was also informed by Mkhululi that I'll have to pay a cancellation in excess of R2000 if I want contract terminated immediately and not be be liable till end of June 2017. I also cancelled my landline with reference Al ********** on 30 March 2016. That account is also still running. I'm caught in Telkoms internal red tape and inefficient procedures and ********* business practices. Mkhululi said that Booster call was supposedly logged incorrectly and that it is my problem. The bottom line is I'm expected to be liable for something Which is not available. Please help.
