TELKOM **********LY CHARGE SERVICES KNOWLINGLY NOT RENDERED!

Telkom is ********** charging for services whilst knowingly not rendering services! Telkom NOT provide service NOR phone lines for years yet STILL billing despite services NOT RENDERED!!! Telkom system demands the customer to cancel the account which on their system says will take 60 days to bill more. It is NOT up to the customer to jump through hoops and hurdles for an inefficient service provider to cancel the account for no service. How obtuse!! Telkom accounts should have been responsibly closed when Telkom knew it's services were no longer being provided. NEVER NEVER will I use TELKOM or OPENSERVE or ANY related Telkom service! Dishonesty is not acceptable!
