Telkom, **********ly billing

Cancelled my line in January by email, visited the Shelley Beach store in Feb to make sure my account is cancelled from 29 Feb and signed up for telkom mobile from 1 March 2020. Still receiving account every month and even been handed over to debt collectors who backed off once I emailed them the cancelation email I sent to telkom. Never heard from them again but my account is growing every month.
