Telkom **********ly advertises ADSL Packages at 10 Mg

<p>I ordered a 10 mg package from Telkom thinking that they had to have improved in the quality of their product and service from my previous experiences given their current Marketing and Branding drive. No ways. They are still the same lying *********** company they have always been. I have spent three weeks hanging on for their call centre only to be repeatedly told that their system, indicates that I am getting 10 mg when "Speedtest" confirms that I am getting between 0.6 and 1.2 mg but never higher on downloads and between 0.4 and 0.8 on uploads. This is ********. Whats worse is Telkoms refusal to send anyone out to check it or fix it. </p>
