Telkom ********** transactions

Because of my previous review, Telkom had promised to come back to me via sms. Since then I haven't heard anything . It is clear that they were only trying to protect their name, knowing that they wont do anything. It is absolute frustrating as they still keeping my money.It seems as if I don't have any other option but to take legal action because this involves *****.
