Telkom ********** solution

I have 3 contracts with telkom, 2 is mobile contracts and one is adsl uncapped wifi contract. I reported I fault beginning this week for adsl line not working and logged a call. They gave me fault reference number to work on ( ********** 7) and said it will take 4 days max to resolve the issue. It's been 4days so I called to find out what's happening and this is the response I've been getting over and over from telkom. They currently won't fix my problem although I have a 2year contract, the lines won't be fixed I must switch to lte line. I contacted migration the operator told me that I must first cancel my contract to migrate to lte and the cost will be R899 and no longer R599 for uncapped. This is *****. How is it possible for a big company like telkom to tell a loyal customer to cancel a contract so they can benefit and won't come and fix the problem. And mind you I was never informed and still waiting on the team manager at migration to contact me about my situation. The service is really bad at telkom. I said I will not cancel my contract and want the same deal that my contract states. I would also like to know how can I take this forward as I recorded all calls of this situation for quality purposes. Now I'm stuck with no internet no landline and telkom not sticking with their own contract. Please advice and assist me as telkom is not customer friendly at all.
