Telkom ********** Invoices for services terminated but refuse to close account

TELKOM is not a service provider to be trusted, in fact they do not deliver on service but will continue invoicing you for a service you cancelled and which they disconnected months ago. Excuse being that the cancellation was not logged. However it is still logged online and repeated calls to Telkom will be of no help. The call centre agents consistently tell you they are unable to resolve the issue, calls are transferred to billing, billing is waiting on IT Dept and the list of excuses goes on. Service was terminated 2 months ago, I have moved out of the premises but Telkom insists on billing and blacklisting me on ITC. My credit is suffering poor report due to incompetence and blatant ***** on Telkom. How can any company be so arrogant in the face of consistent decrease in customer retention. How dare you pull this stunt!! It defies comprehension TELKOM, get your act together.
